The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect with a corner shop nearby. It was mind-blowing how the apartment suited us perfectly for our 2-day stay. The welcome snacks, milk, and water left for us were a super bonus. The bed was so comfy, it was like sleeping on a cloud. The shower was jaw-droppingly good and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. It was only a 10-minute walk to the town center, which was super convenient. The staff kept in touch with us from the moment we booked, which was a pleasant surprise. The apartment itself was neat, immaculate, and felt like home. The furniture was well kept and the host even provided extras in the fridge and cupboard, which was a nice touch. When I had a problem with the heating, I sent a message and was promptly called back to be assisted. the price was great for what we got. The location was very good with a shop, pub, and take away just within 200m. The parking was secure and the apartment was a nice size and well fitted out. The correspondence with the owner was good and it was a nice surprise to find coffee, tea, and milk when we arrived.

We had a REALLY GREAT stay in Newmarket close enough to centre of Newmarket, the arch and Cambridge. We truly enjoyed the venue and its marvellous setting. In fact, it was located in terms of everything you might need is there.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. It met the criteria.

The nearest airport was so conveniently far away! Audley End House being 33 km away was the perfect excuse to not visit it. And this apartment being 39 km from Hedingham Castle saved me from having to see yet another castle.
Oh, I just loved how uncomfortable that sofa bed was! Definitely the highlight of my stay.

The apartment was cozy and clean, making it a perfect base for our daily adventures. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and fresh linen. The extra touch of providing clean towels and a basket of snacks was much appreciated. The location was great, just a short walk from the town center and other amenities. The dedicated parking behind the property was convenient, and there was also additional parking available on the main road. Special mention to the host Aaron, who accommodated my dietary restrictions by providing oat milk in the fridge.
One minor downside was the layout of the apartment, with the bathroom and toilet located right next to the kitchen. While this made use of the available space, some people might find it off-putting.

The owners really thought of everything and provided all the essentials I needed, including milk, tea, coffee, and even snacks. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to easily prepare meals. The apartment was also a short 10-minute walk to the town centre, which was great for exploring. Despite a few minor drawbacks like a slightly slow shower drain and traffic noise from the nearby main road, I would definitely recommend this place to others. it was a delightful experience.
